Yes. While we specialise in generating seller leads and listing opportunities, we also run buyer leads campaigns:

Buyers for a specific property (to sell a listing for a higher price)
No. We unfortunately don't post any organic content.
Reason being, these posts can possibly be good for brand awareness, and it is a decent long-term strategy. But unless you have a huge following, they are not the best strategy when it comes to lead generation.
What we found was that generating leads effectively is the best strategy to get brand awareness anyway. Each new client you obtain with has their whole network to refer you with clients which can scale exponentially.
While we used to do this, we found that it was better for the relationship building process that the real estate agents set their own appointments.

While a campaign is active, we require a minimum of $15 AUD ($10 USD) on ad spend per day to get the best out of Meta's algorithm.

Yes. We only offer our service to one real estate professional / company / team per certain amount of area.
This means there are no shared leads, high marketing costs or agents sharing our service.
If we had multiple agents in the same area, their ads would be competing against each other and increasing the cost per lead, making it harder to hit KPI.
